The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery’s production facilities, offering an insight into the winemaking process and the philosophy behind our wines. The tour continues in the atmospheric barrel cellar, where time and ageing help shape the character of our more structured wines.
The experience then continues in the welcoming atmosphere of the Fireplace Room, where you will enjoy a guided tasting of four selected wines:
- Fojal – Metodo Classico Extra Brut: a sparkling wine made using the traditional method, reflecting elegance and meticulous attention to detail
- Tureis – Barrel - Aged White: a blend of Chardonnay, Friulano and Sauvignon, bringing together the distinctive characteristics of the three grape varieties, with ageing in French oak barriques
- Naos 2018 – Barrel - Aged Red: a blend of Cabernet Franc, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and Merlot, showcasing the harmony between the different grape varieties and ageing in American oak barriques
- Cabernet Sauvignon Black Label 2022 – Limited Edition: a wine with distinctive character, aged for at least 24 months in American oak barriques.
San Martino's Wine Tasting is an experience designed for those wishing to deepen their appreciation of wine culture and discover Pitars through its wines and the places where they come to life.
